Her heart is happiest in Tennessee — breathing in the fresh mountain air and taking in the beautiful views.
Meet Stephanie - CSR - Stephanie has a bright, bubbly personality that instantly puts people at ease. When you call into our office, she’s the cheerful and upbeat voice ready to greet you and help however she can. As our Customer Service Representative, she manages most of our scheduling and ensures every customer is taken care of from the moment they call to the moment the job is complete. We’re lucky to have her as the friendly heartbeat of our office! During her free time, she loves spending time with her three children. She’s always on the go and takes every chance she can get to be with friends and family.
Meet Jorden - Marketing Manager - Jorden has a smile that can brighten anyone’s day. She’s always upbeat, loves meeting new people, and is constantly learning and growing. As our Marketing Manager, she brings fun and creativity to our social media — making people laugh (including our team!) is one of her favorite parts of the job. When she’s not spreading positivity at work, Jorden enjoys spending her free time with her two children and praising Jesus on the weekends. He is also backflow certified and highly skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues. Garrett is known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and his ability to clearly explain solutions to customers. His friendly approach and dedication consistently leave customers confident and satisfied with their service. During his free time, he loves to travel and explore new places. Summer is his favorite season — whether he’s out on the boat or riding his motorcycle, he’s always enjoying the sunshine and adventure.
Meet Tyler - Licensed Plumber - Tyler is an experienced licensed plumber who has been in the trade for many years. He takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to helping customers feel confident and satisfied with every service. Tyler’s outgoing personality and attention to detail ensure each job is done right the first time. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their children. He also loves working on vehicles and trying new things.
